Students were given a basic design guideline and instructed to separate warm and cool colors. Some students were very creative in making their design more unique.

Liquid Watercolors
Monet Water Lilies
A sweet two day project for first grade, giving them some experience in watercolor painting.
Day 1: Draw lines on watercolor paper with crayon, paint over entire sheet with cool colors.
Day 2: Dip coffee filters into liquid water color, set aside to dry. Cut out lily pad and assemble.
Kindergarden alphabets:
Trace letters with crayon for resist and paint with watercolor.
